Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are non-refundable. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments without prior notice. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule and can provide the best possible service to all clients.
